Refund Policy


We strive to provide you with a happy shopping experience.  If you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept a return under the conditions below.  

Product Return

In order to qualify for a return, the product ( box of 12 bars) must be unopened, undamaged, unexpired and in original condition. Customer must initiate the return request within 7 calendar days following the shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When returning a product please ensure it is packed with care so product arrives to us in perfect condition.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will either refund you or provide you with a store credit for the full amount paid minus any shipping fees that were paid for the initial order.

Wrong Product

 If we sent you the incorrect product we will ship you the correct one, if you let us know within 7 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Please check the product kind prior to opening the case ( box of 12 bars). The flavour will be displayed on the front panel of the product box. Once the product ( box of 12 bars) is opened we cannot accept its return or offer a refund.

Product taste

We are offering gourmet snacks made with high quality ingredients. We hope that you will enjoy their uniquely rich tastes and textures however as all taste buds are different, we can not guarantee that our products' taste will be to your liking and we will not accept returns based on taste. Once the product ( box of 12 bars) is opened we cannot accept its return or offer a refund.
